Look who is back, and needs a home!

One of our METS alum horses has come back to METS. Could you be his perfect home?

~Hank~

Hank is one of the loveliest, kindest and gentlest horses you’ve ever met. He stands at a stocky 15.1 HH tall and is a lovely quality Quarter Horse gelding. He is as easy as they come. A calming sweetheart that is a joy to be around. He’s one of those horses that immediately reduces stresses and worries of the world for his person. He has the most beautiful eyes to match his big heart. He’s absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Hank is looking for a super private farm that is looking to add the most pleasant companion horse to their home. He could quite happily provide a super opportunity for little grandkids or children to love him, groom him and take short pony rides around a field with him. Equally he would be very well suited to a non-riding therapy program. He’s very willing, straight forward and trustworthy. He is not suited for lesson programs at this time. *Hank will need a home that provides him 24/7 turnout*.

Meet this week's METS additions!

We got THREE new horses added to our program. Let’s meet them!

~Rose~

Rose is a beautiful 2004 quarter horse mare standing at 16.1h. This lovely chestnut girl has a sweet, easy-going disposition and would make someone a great flat only horse! She just has this steady calmness to her and doesn’t seem bothered by what chaos might be happening around her. Rose can easily be handled by a beginner but recommended for an intermediate rider. She is looking for a flat only home as someone’s trail partner, western pleasure mount or low-level dressage horse.

~Buddy~

Buddy is a 2000 registered Quarter Horse gelding standing at around 15h. Buddy is the definition of his name! He is the sweetest guy you’ll ever meet and will win your heart over within seconds of meeting him. Buddy has a puppy dog personality and is an absolute doll with children and other horses. He would make a great horse for someone looking for a pasture mate and to give occasional pony rides to their tiny children or grandkids at the walk around a flat area!

~Charlie~

Charlie is a 2004 16h Thoroughbred gelding. He is the ultimate package! This sweet, lovable, and adventurous guy is looking for his next home. He loves having a job and has quite the resume of “been there, done that”. He would make a super mount for a teen or adult looking to compete in jumpers, eventing, dressage, hunter paces, trail riding, you name it! He is recommended for an intermediate rider and handler. Charlie is worth his weight in gold and is a stellar horse. If you’re looking for a fun horse that has seen it all, this is your guy!

Iggy

Calling all Thoroughbred fans! Iggy is a 2014 lightly raced OTTB standing at 16.2hh tall. This young chap is brave, bright, playful, and not a mean bone in his body. He’s looking for a super-duper person to take him in any direction they may like. His current own focuses on Dressage, and this boy is destined for a home that would provide activities that allow him to shine. Likely suited to a teen ride looking to do a little bit of everything; hacking, hunter paces, ‘possible’ low level eventing, developing his flatwork, having a bunch of fun and all that good stuff. He’s an ‘in your pocket’ guy and will make a lovely riding partner and companion for his human. He’s always in the thick of things and would rather be up front and center, rather than doing usual horse things like grazing in the paddock.
