Additional Information

She Packs Apunch (aka “Mila”) is a sweet 2001, 15.3h registered Thoroughbred mare seeking a new home as a pleasure/trail horse for light to moderate riding. Mila raced five times, won just over $7,000 during her career, and was retired in 2004. Since then she has been used primarily for pleasure riding in the arena by her current owner. Mila would do well in a routine where she’s ridden 2-3x/week. She can be a bit stiff in the right hind, so in the ring she is most comfortable sticking with w/t work. On the trail, she can easily go w/t/c. Her trail experience is limited, but she’s really enjoyed the few times she has gone out. When in a normal routine, her owner says she is quiet and easy-going. Currently, she is suitable for an intermediate rider, but she has had beginners ride her before and would probably do well with them again once she is back in regular work. On the ground, Mila can be handled by beginners. She’s very gentle and loves attention. Mila ties, loads, bathes, and is good for the vet and farrier. She  has no vices. Due to being tender-footed, she does require shoes. Mila is UTD on everything except dental, which will be done soon. Please consider giving this girl a great home and inquire about her today!
