Additional Information

Floressence (“Essie”) is a 1994, 15.2h registered Oldenburg mare looking for a new home where she can live out her golden years with all of the attention and care she deserves. Essie is registered with the Oldenburg Registry North America, the United States Equestrian Federation, and she has a Lifetime Registration with the United States Dressage Federation. In her prime, she was trained and shown in dressage and eventing, and also used for lessons with kids. Within the past couple of years, Essie was forced to retire due to arthritis in both front knees. Her owner is hoping to find her a good home that can give her the care and attention she needs to live out her retired days. She has been kept with both mares and geldings and tends to take a more neutral to submissive role in the herd. She’s an easy-keeper on just one meal of senior feed per day and she does get Equioxx in her feed daily. She’s barefoot and would do best living outside 24/7 on flat terrain so she can stay mobile. Essie is UTD on all care and comes with a current negative Coggins. If you can provide her with a great home, please inquire about her today!
